the location was great and beautiful, very close to in particular the beautiful garden, the stylish restaurant and taj lucknow and easily accessible. a mini-bar, tea and coffee making equipment were available in my superior king room. the staff was unobtrusive and courteous all the time.

A mini-fridge-bar and tea/coffee making equipment in the room, stunning and beautiful location. Absolutely fantastic and delicious breakfast with a lot of hot/cold dishes. Great service, parking on-site. The thoughtful staff and their quick responses to my needs.

Decent sized rooms.
Dirty bed linen. There was a stain on the duvet, and a blood stain on the bed sheet. I asked at reception for my bed changing while I went to the restaurant. When I came back it still was not changed, so had to get someone to sort it out at around 11pm. Not ideal!

The garden setting was beautiful.
Our room was a bit dirty with loads of dust under the bed and our bathroom smelt of urine. The aircon was set for heater and I was really hot in the room, the guy that came to fix it actually wanted a tip..which was shocking.

This was truelly the very best hotels we have ever stayed at. The Taj was a delight from the minute you stepped out of your car everything was superb. Food was amazing valu and very nice with a great selection ands a breakfast buffet that was second to none. Such amzing variety and quality. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Staff were wonderful and always at hand to be of assistance .Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Interesting place for 2 nights in Lucknow, extremely beautiful hotel. The gourmet restaurant with excellent food. Smooth check-in, parking on site. Nice pool.
